- Scaled a reactive Convex backend to close to 500K messaging events per month with CI-enforced read budgets, O(log n) counters, and schema-regression guards.
- Integrated WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, LINE, and Gmail/IMAP into a unified five-channel inbox, plus outbound automation and Stripe usage billing.
